When attempting to access the "hits", "orders","payouts" etc. buttons on the affiliate's page I get a "404 file not found" error or the screen is blank.
(2004/01/07)There are two usual causes of this problem:
1) It's possible that this is being caused by the particular "path to miva Merchant" configuration that you have (in the "domain settings" tab of the mall). If that value is significantly different then "default" Merchant (such as having it point to a stub file in the script root which redirects to merchant.mvc) then the module may not be able to determine what the path to itself is.
To fix the error, the module has an option on the "Options" tab to set the "Path to module file (otional)". If you think that the problem is being caused by the paths you have configured, enter the absolute path to the module's file in this field.
2) The permissions and ownership of the module file have to be sufficient to access the file via a direct link. The easiest way to check for this is to compare them to the settings for the Merchant2/merchant.mv (or .mvc) file. If they are different change them to be the same and it should fix the problem.
