Runtime error when performing an import: Array index must be positive integer

An error such as the following results from selecting the incorrect columns when importing:

Runtime error in /mm5/5.00/modules/import/BROK_INVENTORY_IMPORT.mvc @ [00000003:00000c5a]: F:compile2BROK_INVENTORY_IMPORT.mv.ppw: Line 487: (in expression): Array index must be positive integer

Typically this indicates that you mapped the code field to the id field.
