"No item price" error

This happens if your payment gateway (typically linkpoint) does not allow zero-priced items. Don't ask me why but at least some linkpoint setups don't allow this. There are two workarounds we can do.

1) I can send you a modified version of the buy x get x free module that charges 1 penny for free items.

2) I can modify your payment gateway module to skip free items when sending the order data to the gateway. This option is only available with uncompiled Merchant (4.13 and lower).
