Can I rename the shipping methods offered? How do I include the cost in the customized message field?

Yes, in the Drop down message portion of your global shipping options, enter the message you wish to appear. If the Append option is selected, your message will be appended to the method name, e.g. if your message for Media Mail is "Books only, 3-4 weeks" the method displayed to the customer will be "Media Mail Books only, 3-4 weeks". If you didn't check Append, the message would be "Books only 3-4 weeks".

To display the cost of shipping in the customized message, use the token %cost%

e.g. Books only, 3-4 weeks (%cost%)
