General Module Issues
I need to temporarily deactivate my module. How can I do this?
You will want to do this when you want to keep all of your module settings, but 'remove' the module from your store. This does not uninstall the module at all.
If you have a Miva Merchant 4.x store:
- Click the arrow next to "Modules"
- Find your module in the resulting list. (Many of these are built-in modules. They appear in order of installation.)
- Click the module name once you find it
- Uncheck the "Active" checkbox
- Click update
- To re-enable the module, simply check the "Active" option and click update
If you have a Miva Merchant 5.x store:
- Click the "Modules" link
- Scroll through the list until you find your module. Alternately, you may want to use the "Search:" feature here.
- Click the "EDIT" button to the far right of the module name
- Uncheck the "Active" checkbox
- Click update
- To re-enable the module, simply check the "Active" option and click update
