Some MAC Users Cannot Download File to Desktop

Some MAC users have said files are not downloading automatically to the desktop.

Since Soft Goods simply provides the means to download, once the download itself is activated, it's up to the server and the user's computer.

It's been found that some browsers on the MAC will not automatically download files to the desktop (regardless of Soft Goods), and some do not give prompts to the user on where to save the file. This often occurs when providing links to non-zipped files (such as .mp3 files).

While each browser is different, some may require special control quicks to give the user the option of downloading to the desktop. We direct you to refer to MAC browser resources for further info.
